As a way of introducing some our staff and their strengths, below is a brief overview of our some of our team, who you will most likely be in contact with on a regular basis. We have a number of other staff who we utilise for specialist recruitment positions.
Our principal consultants are,
Graham is responsible for the majority of the candidate interviews, as well as looking after our clients and he comes from a varied background in senior roles, in a wide range of industries. A large part of his working career has been in working with companies to improve and assist in the 3 P’s of business. People, policies and procedures. Grahams philosophy is if you get these 3 things right, then everything else should flow.
Kaylene has over 20 years in senior management roles in a wide range of business and also has run her own training company in the past. Kaylene also runs her own counseling practice, and this is of great assistance when screening clients, as we are able to understand so much more about a candidate as well as our clients.
Kaye has also been in senior roles all her working life, and has spent many years in the recruitment, training and development of staff to ensure they reach their own goals, and that of the business. This again is a skill that is required when sourcing the best applicants for a role.
Tracy has also been in involved in a number of sales roles all her working life, and has spent many years in the recruitment industry. Tracy will predominately be working from our East Keilor office
In charge of staff morale is Dharma. Dharma has a very relaxing and calm nature about her, and spends a lot of time in the office with the staff and her presence creates a real sense of warmth in the office. Everyone loves it when Dharma is on the office. Dharma is also taking over the writing of our monthly newsletter, which she will be calling "Paws for Thought."
