For purpose of "salary" Superior People takes into consideration the wages component only, and does not include any superannuation, or other benefits in calculating fees.
We offer a transparent fee structure, calculated on base salary only, as follows:
- Salary up to $60,000 - 10% of salary up to a maximum fee of $3,995
- Salary $61,000 to $80,000 - Flat fee of $5,995
- Salary over $80,000 - Fee is 10% of base salary
Temporary or Contract Staff
Superior People feels it unethical to request a placement
fee for a temporary or contracted person being then employed on a
permanent basis. With this in mind, the permanent placement fee
will be reduced by the following percentages, after a person has
been employed through Superior People on a temporary or
contract arrangement in the role they are now being offered as a
permanent position;
- After completion of a minimum 4 weeks temporary or contract assignment.
Placement fee will be reduced by a fixed hourly rate for each hour worked as a temporary or casual staff member, and this will be deducted from our permanent placement fee.
