Accounts Clerk
We are seeking a dynamic candidate to support a Financial Controller with a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities. This is a broad position and requires someone who is a multi-tasker with initiative and follow through. Looking for a person that is a team player with positive attitude, an excellent communicator and has good time management skills.

This role will suit an Accounts Administration Assistant who has 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position. You will join a friendly team and will be able to handle a variety of tasks with direct client exposure.

Responsibilities will include:

Data Processing of orders
Processing invoices with accuracy and within daily time frames
Monthly Reporting
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Assist to answer inquiries via email and telephone to existing customers for accounting related matters and collection of payments with clients
Ad hoc duties

Education and Experience

business or accounting degree and/or related professional qualification
Computer proficiency
Experience with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) and Xero are highly regarded

The successful candidate will have:

Outstanding communication skills and phone manner
A proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Xero experience preferred
Attention to detail
high level of organization and planning
Highly accurate and detail-oriented with strong time management, initiative and follow through skills
Self-directed and motivated; able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
