Administration and Training Officer

We are looking for a professional and dedicated Compliance & Training Officer who will act as a Quality Assurance Officer. This is a key position in a dynamic company where you will have the ability to drive change and showcase your ideas within a fast paced and customer-centric environment.

Work Hours: Mon-Wed 9am-4pm
Annual Salary: 45-50k (full-time) paid on pro-rata basis

Main responsibility:

Mystery Shopping – to ensure 6-star service standards
Mystery Calling – to ensure 6-star call handling standards
Auditing – to ensure protocols are being followed
Quality improvement – create ideas and initiatives to improve procedure
Customer Service – create and implement strategies to improve customer service
Training – up-skill team to provide improved service

You will have:

2 years’ experience in a management position in customer service environment
Creativity and Initiative
Client Centric approach
Excellent attention to detail
Great verbal and written communication
Confidence, passion and pride in your work
Ability to travel inter-state
