Outstanding opportunity for someone with all round finance and administration experience, looking to take that next step and move in to a supervisory / management position.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities will include;
Reinforce human resources policies including anti discrimination, harassment and victimisation
Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Finance and Administration Department
Maintain integrity of Accounting system software.
On a monthly basis prepare Profit & Loss and Balance sheet for review
Ensure the monthly reconciliation of all ledgers.
Track and monitor revenue and expenses for accuracy.
Input and Maintain salaried payroll on a weekly basis.
Ensure the fixed assets register is managed and maintained.
On a monthly basis ensure the general ledger is reconciled to the asset register.
Review and reconcile debtor accounts.
You will need to display;
Knowledge of contract law as applicable to the financial control
Strong emphasis on systems development and systems improvement;
Good IT skills including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple system concerns;
Appropriate professional qualifications, or working towards (CA/ CPA/ IPA).
