We are seeking an outstanding General Manager for our client, who are established property developers working on major projects and looking to invest in further projects.

As General Manager you will;

Participate in strategic planning and implement strategic goals and objectives
Take on primary responsibility for efficient, cost-effective business operations
Review financial and operating reports
Approve, within budgetary and corporate guidelines, expenditures
Advise and direct staff; provide assistance and guidance where needed
Oversee that the staff develop and implement professional developmental plans for the employees, their supervisors and managers

Job Requirements:

Experience developing and implementing business plans and goals
Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills
Judgment and decision-making ability
Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
Professional demeanor
Demonstrated competency in budgeting, forecasting and planning
Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
Team player who works productively with wide range of people
Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment
Superior presentation/public speaking skills
Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques

Minimum 3 years in similar position
