Marketing Coordinator (part time)
Purpose of the Marketing Coordinator, is to manage and implement the marketing plan for the firm and establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all the firm’s promotional materials and events
Marketing Plan Development and Implementation
Plan and oversee execution of promotional activities of the firm;
Manage development, production and distribution of promotional materials to support marketing programs;
Maintain client database;
Prepare reports on success of marketing activities for management as appropriate; and
Provide post event reports, analysis and regular status reports on marketing programs.
Manage marketing budget by ensuring that market activities fall within allocated budget.
Skills and Experience:
Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field; and
Extensive experience within the professional services industry and knowledge of market influences.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels
Ability to work effectively with other staff members
