We are seeking an experienced individual with experience to process a variety of visa applications and appeals (AAT) from start to finish, with the skills and knowledge to be part of this Case Management Team.
Not seeking professional Lawyer, prefer individual that has focused on training/completion of MARA course and wishes to gain further experience in grass roots case management
Must have sound knowledge gained from grassroots case management of Employer-Sponsored Visas (457,186,187) and an understanding of all visa streams.
Duties and responsibilities
Liaise with Director and Business Manager to maximise case management and visa processing
Research relevant Migration Regulations, maintain sufficient technical knowledge to advise and respond on technical matters
Full-case management from commencement to completion. This is a Case Management position, however, we have a full visa support team to assist RMAs and Case Managers in facilitating caseload
Skills and experience
Minimum 1-2 years as a Case Manager, mainly dealing with Employer Sponsored Visas (knowledge of other visa streams essential)
A confident individual who has the desire to excel but a great team player (team spirit and communication)
Strong communication skills, has the ability to observe, react and obtain the desired results. Ability to follow pre-established procedures but a willingness to contribute to ideas to benefit the business and team
Fluent in and or an understanding in another migrant language and cultural group
Experience in Leap Migration Manager
