Due to a sustained period of growth, our client is seeking a suitably experienced Accounts Receivable professional who can build strong working relationships with new and ongoing clientele and be able to integrate this with a new accounting program – MYOB EXO.
In conjunction with the accounts receivable tasks, the role incorporates the co-ordination and preparation of weekly payroll of approx 120 employees and includes the monthly reconciliation and payment of superannuation, child support and payroll tax.
As this role is a vital cog within the small yet experienced administration team, the successful candidate will need to have the ability to “hit the ground running”. Having just upgraded accounting software, training will be provided, however the role would ideally suit a person with a strong understanding of both accounting principles and programs.
To be successful in this role you will need:
3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience;
Strong payroll knowledge and experience;
Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office, MYOB and payroll programs (MYOB Exo would be highly advantageous);
Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal;
Strong time management and organisational skills;
Ability to work as part of a team;
Ability to analyse, interpret and problem solve.
