We are currently looking to fill an Administrator role, this is a Temp to Perm opportunity.
Hourly rate will take into account skills and experience

Key skill/experience requirements;

Critical factors of the role
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator/Project Administration or similar role
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational and administration skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong supplier facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management, safety and quality assurance control
• Working knowledge of project programming and planning linked to project delivery
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and understanding of cost control software
• Qualification in Project Management based on PMBOK or PRINCE 2 would be an advantage

Role Responsibilities
• Sourcing pricing options and alternatives. Confirming lead times and availability – materials, labour & Equipment
o Safety Management Plan
o Site Management Plan
o Environmental Management Plan
o Quality Management Plan
o Dilapidation report
o Monthly report
o Update Resource Planning spread sheet
• Assist in the completion of the pre-mobilisation checklist
• Prepare documentation for Extension of Time, Latent Condition and Variation claims under the contract.
• Daily time sheet checking and collation
• Print, file, save essential documents
• All folders administered to QA standard
• Capture Bureau of Meteorology data for each site and link to site diary information
• Saving of critical emails in the appropriate folders
Practical Completion
• Assist with the preparation and collation of documentation for practical completion in compliance with the contract.
• Ensure all information is collected in the appropriate folders for close of the project
