Our client is looking to hire a Receptionist for an impressive location in Melbourne CBD. You will be part of a friendly, sociable team who are results driven and task orientated. This is a diverse and exciting role, with duties including:

Manage the switchboard and field all incoming calls and telephone enquiries as required
Greeting clients on arrival in Reception
Maintaining the immaculate presentation of the prestigious premises
Assist with administrative duties
Banking, mail, filing, photocopying
Database management
Drafting of correspondence

Training will be offered to the right person.

You will need to display;
A a great smile and understand the value of a first impression
A positive “can do” attitude and work ethic
Confidence and outgoing with the ability to build rapport with ease
Ability to adapt quickly and prioritise
Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
No visible tattoos or piercings
Intermediate Microsoft office skills
