Regional Manager – NSW / QLD

Due to our clients success and fast growing business, we are looking for a REGIONAL MANAGER who will be in charge of premium offices and their operations, leasing, sales & development in NSW & QLD. This position is based at state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Your main duties will be to:

Ensure that locations within your remit operate in accordance with standards, procedures and KPIs
Address and resolve client enquiries and concerns
Provide direction and guidance to the Area Managers, Floor Managers, Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, Receptionists, and Baristas etc.
Visit all your locations in NSW and QLD to ensure our 6 Star Service standards and performance expectations are achieved
Manage sales initiatives and operations for your locations
Develop marketing, IT and sales strategies to secure new clients, develop existing clients and enhance business growth and profitability
Create tailored sales proposals and bids
Generate service revenue through effective up-selling and on-charging
Report to General Manager and COO

Your experience should portray:

Strong track record of achievement in all aspects of sales – inclusive of sales strategy, pitching, negotiating, cold calling, account management and closing – in real estate
Ability to manage and develop a positive and productive team as well as succession planning
Strong personal leadership
Engaging and open communication style
Resilient, flexible and adaptable to change
