Managing a 160-180 portfolio of properties, preparing Condition reports, processing applications, routine inspections and leasing

To be considered for this role you must have:

Agents Representative Certificate
Good understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and Legislation
Excellent written, organisational and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive attitude, ambitious, and focused
Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
An approachable and personable nature
The ability to develop networks and great relationships with clients
Drivers License and reliable vehicle

In this Property Manager role you will be responsible for:

Managing a 160-180 portfolio of properties
Preparing Condition reports
Processing applications
Routine inspections and leasing
Meeting and greeting tenants to sign tenant’s paperwork into properties
Representation of Landlord’s at VCAT
Rental viewings
Repairs and maintenance
Rental reviews
Data entry
Rental arrears and breaches
Lease renewals
General Administration duties
