Sales Manager

We are actively looking for a Sales Manager to join a busy, fast paced and dynamic team in Melbourne.

You will manage existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, develop relevant business plans, and ultimately drive revenue for the business.

Some of your responsibilities will include however will not be limited to:

Identifying, developing and managing client/business relationships
Follow up on leads and opportunities keeping CRM up to date
Business development and marketing for new business
Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients to maximize commercial performance
Networking and event management
Database management
Management of financials including budgets and forecasting
Team management, training and development

Desired Skills & Experience

Proven track record in a sales focused environment
Previous sales and business development experience
High level of professionalism and business acumen
Strong account management and administration skills
Results driven with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Management experience in a luxury, high-end business eg hospitality, hotels will be highly regarded
Enjoy working in a busy, fast paced role with huge variety
