
As Assistant Service Manager, you will work closely with the Service Manager to support the day to day operation of the department, lead the front of house team and help drive both customer experience and department performance.

You will play a key role in supporting the overall performance of the Service Department, helping manage workflow, team direction and customer experience across the day.
Supporting the Service Advisors, assisting with escalations, coordinating with the workshop and helping ensure everything runs to schedule.
You will be heavily involved in the day-to-day leadership of the front-of-house team, providing guidance, support and direction while still remaining hands-on within the operation.
About You
You have experience working within a dealership Service Department and understand the pace, pressure and expectations that come with it.
Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager or in a leadership-focused Service role will be highly regarded.
You are confident leading from the front, supporting a team and handling customer conversations professionally. You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and know how to keep people accountable while maintaining a positive team environment.
You are organised, proactive and capable of balancing customer experience with operational performance.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a current and valid driver’s licence.
