We are seeking Client Service Representative – Account Manager for a leading print and graphic design company.
You will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to all clients and external stakeholders.
You will provide expertise in dealing with client and adviser telephone enquiries, marketing and design changes. You will play a key role in responding to general enquiries, and you will investigate and action reports allocated within the team.
You will have a genuine customer service style with excellent written and verbal communications gained across. Your pro-active manner and high level of initiative and flexibility, along with strong organisational and systems knowledge will see you excel in this role.
Proven success within an operational environment and your ability to quickly build on our product and processes is essential.
· Previous account management experience or similar position.
· Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for creating solutions to your clients problems.
· Solid understanding of Microsoft Office & experience using Apple Macs.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
