We are seeking a reliable administration assistant, for a work from hom role, 10-15 hours per week, initilaly. This could increase as workload increases.
Responsibilities will include;
- Develop and update job descriptions and advertisements
- Post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Source and recruit candidates by using a variety of recruiting techniques and platforms
- Conduct Reference checks
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong attention to detail
- High-level organizational skills
- Effective prioritization of competing deadlines
- Strong communicator both written and verbal
- Good sense of humour
You will need your own ABN number and access to laptop etc.
