The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Reception and Notification:
- Respond to enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Stationery Ordering and Inventory:
- Building and Office Access Cards:
- Employee Onboarding/Offboarding:
Utility Account Management:
- Manage company utility accounts and handle related matters.
- Ad-Hoc Arrangements:
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Office Housekeeping:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the devices in Kitchen
- Tidy the benchtops and the Senior Manager’s office.
- Contact the cleaner for any ad-hoc cleaning needs.
Assets Management:
- Maintain records of equipment and users.
- Arrange the return of equipment upon contract expiry.
- Register laptops and other office assets.
- Maintain records of PCs and accessories.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
