We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic Administration Officer with strong administration and great excel skills. To be successful in this role you will need to be friendly, inquisitive, systematic and driven by achieving results.
Duties include reception, answering the phone, responding to customer enquiries by phone and email, along with recording of daily stock counts and reconciling of any variances. Invoicing and entering of bills and purchase orders into Xero. Controlling stock levels of stationery, kitchen supplies and safety items. Preparation of export documentation for our customers who export our products.
Skills and Experience
Excel skills are essential with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Word. Xero experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Training will be given on the job and a determined, inquisitive problem solving nature would be highly regarded.
This is a very challenging role and one that will provide a great deal of job satisfaction for the right person. This is a role for an experienced administration officer definitely not an entry level candidate.
