We are currently looking for an Aftersales Manager to join prestige dealerships.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, the Aftersales Manager is responsible for the budgeted profitability for the Parts and Service department to maximise customer satisfaction. He or she is to lead the Parts and Service team with the primary objective to achieve Parts and Service sales targets, profit margins.

Strong management and leadership experience including the ability to keep the team focused and motivated in a challenging work environment
Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
Strong business acumen including strategic and operational planning
Strong financial acumen including experience with budgets and expense tracking
Process driven and proactive with strong initiative
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve set sales targets and profit margins
High levels of self-motivation, drive and resilience
Excellent problem solving skills
Proficient with DMS (Dealership Management System) and Microsoft Office suite
