The Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and driving sales across Australia. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Identify potential clients and new opportunities in the short-term rental market across Australia to drive growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute account plans that outline customer needs, success and growth strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations to customers on how our products or services can help them achieve their objectives and add value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
What We’re Seeking:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on the travel & tourism industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for driving results.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience working toward targets and revenue goals.
- Drivers licence and your own vehicle.
- Must have excellent skills in project management, managing several priorities and clients at any one time.
- Someone confident and comfortable to represent our brand, speak on expert panels and demonstrate thought leadership on channels such as LinkedIn.
