As our newest member of the team, you will form an important part of the front line, supporting a dedicated portfolio of customers. You will be responsible for all inbound calls, email queries & admin support. This is a varied & challenging role, acting as the first point of contact for your customers, key stakeholders & your team.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an Admin & Customer Service role (Minimum 1 year)
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication, problem solving & relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written, verbal & numerical skills
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office packages
