Our client are an Australia-based group of companies specialising in financial services. With up to 10 years of professional experience, and due to continuing growth, they are now seeking an experienced HR Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Prepare and process HR documents (contracts, offer letters, onboarding materials)
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and employee events
- Handle employee inquiries and support HR team with grievances and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics
- Support training programs and track employee development
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of HR or related experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR software is a plus
- Mandarin speaking beneficial, but not essential. Other SEA language will alsoe be beneficial.
This is a full time permanent office based position.
