Reporting directly to the Customer Relations Manager, this role is all about effective communication and being proactive. You will have a high level of trust and responsibility with great variety and scope in our customers in our customer relations centre.

You must have demonstrated experience with:
Exceptional Customer service
Use of multiple systems
Appointment setting over the phone
Inbound or outbound Contact Centre or equivalent
To work in this role you must have the following:
Previous experience in Sales or customer service industry
Clear phone manner
Good verbal and written communication
Positive attitude and team player
Great work ethic
Positive and ‘can do’ attitude
Experience in inbound and outbound calls
