The Junior Leasing Associate will support the leasing team in managing and expanding the
commercial and medical property portfolios. This role involves assisting with tenant inquiries,
property viewings, lease negotiations, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating property viewings and open houses.
• Handle inquiries from potential tenants and provide detailed property information.
• Draft and review lease agreements and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of lease transactions and tenant interactions.
• Support senior team members in lease negotiations and property management activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a leasing or real estate role is a plus, but not required.
