A National Loan Processing Business that deliver premium loan processing services to Mortgage Brokers around Australia, is now seeking a Loan Processor / Administrator.
The successful Loan Processor / Administrator applicant will form a crucial part of the Finance Administration team on a full time or part time basis with varying hours.
This is a fully Work From Home role, as your Loan Processor / Administrator function is to support and assist mortgage broker’s loan processing administration requirements.
Key Loan Processor / Administrator responsibilities include:
- Processing loan applications and general data entry
- Liaising with Lenders, Clients and Solicitors etc.
- Regularly updating and reporting of loans through to settlement
To be successful in the role you will:
- Possess high level experience at least one program – Podium, Mercury, Flex, Loankit, Fleats
- Be a proficient user of the Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook
- Have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Be able to work autonomously
- Have your own PC/Laptop and telephone
- Have your own ABN
