This opportunity exists for an automotive parts interpreter to work with an exciting, innovative brand within a prestigious and professional dealership, and enjoy being part of a friendly and customer focused team. The role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service both over the counter and phone and maintaining the customer database.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following qualities: –
Toyota experience advantageous
Knowledge of Pentana and Eranet is advantageous but not essential
The ability to work autonomously
Good level of computer skills
A good understanding of automotive parts and manufactures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
Have a passion for customer service
Have outstanding organisational and administration skills
Applicants must hold a valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
