We are currently looking for a Parts Manager to join state of the art, prestige dealership.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the Parts Manager is responsible for leading a team of parts staff with the primary objective to achieve sales targets and profit margins through the focus on key elements including customer service, the parts sales process and discipline, product knowledge and effective administration.
To be successful in your new role you’ll have:
Strong management and leadership experience including the ability to keep the team focused and motivated in a challenging work environment
Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
Strong business acumen including strategic and operational planning
Strong financial acumen including experience with budgets and expense tracking
Process driven and proactive with strong initiative
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve set sales targets and profit margins
High levels of self-motivation, drive and resilience
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient with DMS (Dealership Management System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
