Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, providing regular updates on outdoor sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- KPI Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators, including sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to align individual sales strategies with broader organizational objectives, ensuring synergy across the sales team.
- Market Insights: Provide valuable insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to align outdoor sales strategies with overall organizational objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Performance Evaluation: Participate in regular performance evaluations and goal-setting sessions with the Head of Sales and Marketing to ensure individual and team targets are met.
- Feedback Loop: Establish an effective feedback loop with the Head of Sales and Marketing, providing insights on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
- Sales Planning: Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing in developing and refining sales plans, ensuring they align with the broader marketing and business strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Employ effective negotiation techniques to close deals, maximizing revenue and ensuring profitability.
- Client Retention: Focus on maintaining long-term relationships with clients, aiming for repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, customer feedback, and historical data to assist in resource planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial equipment sector (stone, glass, steel, construction).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
