Our client works with Homeowners, Real Estate Agents and Property Managers, and are they now seeking an experienced Service Coordinator, to schedule, book and coordinate technicians for maintenance work.
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. Free parking.
Main responsibilities will include;
- Co-ordinating on road staff/workload
- Answering phone (mobile)
- Stock control
- Communicating with clients
- Preparing quotes
- Processing reports and invoices
- Providing weekly reports to management
- Liasing with MES Director of Operations daily/weekly/monthly
Other duties as directed
You will need to display experience in;
- Microsoft office
- Familiar with Apps – use of Jobber App for tasks/work
- Marketing experience (desirable) – not a requirement
