
Reporting to the Spare Parts manager you will be responsible for assisting the Spare Parts/Service team to provide clients and customers with information on spares parts.
Key Requirements of the role.
- Experience in operating in Spare Parts/Service area (or related areas) preferably in white goods or technical background in the service industry.
- Be a Team player and have worked in a role where you have been part of a team responsible for undertaking these or similar activities. This is a hands-on role in a busy environment.
- Have worked in a customer service environment with intermediate computer skills.
- Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.
You will be self-motivated and have initiative and be able to manage your daily work program with limited supervision. You must have excellent interpersonal skills.
