
Due to ongoing growth an exciting opportunity for a Fire Alarm Technical Support professional who will help to support customer needs and assist with the growth of business.
A generous salary package including superannuation, car allowance and mobile will be offered to the right candidate along with a modern office environment with onsite parking.
Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- Technical Field Support / Phone Support (Fire Alarms), (EWIS), (VESDA).
- In house Programming (Fire Alarms).
- Data Entry (Fire Alarms).
- Fire Alarm Graphics System design and support.
- Assist in preparing technical sales solutions
- Supporting customers with project needs
Skills & Experience:
- Sound knowledge of Electrical (or similar) industry
- Fire Alarm Systems knowledge would be highly regarded
- Driven and self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Strong communications skills and a professional demeanour
- Sound computer skills essential (Microsoft Office)
- The ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
