
A leading Financial Services company are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant.
We are seeking someone who will be;

- Confident with online fund portals
- Confident with Microsoft Office suite & IT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities will include;
- Communicate with Advisers, Paraplanners, Client Service Administrators
- Reception
- Filing and scanning
- Diary entry
- Handle information confidentially
- Promptly respond to email enquiries
- Complete Fund forms manually/electronic
- Client onboarding including preparation of client documentation (using Xplan preferrable).
- Preparing & collection of information
- Process and manage Investment related workflows & orders, including the preparation of investment forms and ensuring funds are transferred where relevant investments where applicable.
- Processing advisor instructions relevant to all aspects of maintaining a client’s portfolio.
- Assisting with the administration of portfolios, particularly with respect to problem solving. administration and reporting queries that arise.

Part time – 30 hours per week
Ideally the candidate should have previous experience and must be confident in working with financial documents & figures and fluent in using Microsoft 365 Office. Training will be onsite.
