
A leading dealership have a new and exciting opportunities for self motivated individual to be a part of our exciting award winning automotive team as a Spare Parts Interpreter.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for trade sales, the Back Counter and assist in Warehouse duties.
To be successful, you will have parts interpreting experience, and solid mechanical knowledge. Delivering outstanding customer service and communication is essential along with the ability to work in a unified team environment with the objective to always strive for excellence
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Creating new business and increasing sales
• Servicing existing customers
• Identifying and sourcing spare parts / components for customers
• Providing quotes for repair queries and customers
• Issuing parts to job orders
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
You will need to display:
• Proven ability in a spare parts sales
• Strong Organisational skills
• Excellent Sales and Customer Service ability
• Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong knowledge of the automotive vehicle parts industry
• Excellent computer skills (Windows, Explorer, Outlook)
• Good work ethic
• Work well in a team environment
• A current valid driver’s licence
