As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules. You’ll monitor product quality to meet company standards, lead and mentor a team of production workers, and maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Additionally, you’ll manage materials and supplies to ensure a positive flow for production needs and identify areas for improvement in production methods and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise production staff.
– Ensure high-quality control standards.
– Oversee pressure testing.
– Coordinate equipment packages for dispatch, including taking photographs prior to shipment.
– External stakeholder management
Qualifications:
– 5-10 years of experience in production and quality control.
– Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
– Familiarity with pressure testing procedures.
– Experience with equipment dispatch and photography.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Extensive experience using SharePoint.
– Familiarity with the Ostendo ERP system is a great plus.
– Fabrication industry experience a major plus.
Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment police & medical check.
