
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional General Manager to oversee operations in Hunter Region. You’ll take charge of regional growth, drive operational excellence, and establish meaningful connections.
Your Responsibilities
- Inspire, lead, and guide local teams to achieve operational excellence and business goals.
- Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives across all locations.
- Oversee multiple operations, ensuring seamless performance and regional cohesion.
- Drive revenue growth and exceed budgeted targets, focusing on sustainable expansion.
- Spearhead property acquisition and retention to grow the regional portfolio.
- Take full accountability for regional P&L, managing both revenue and cost drivers effectively.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with local vendors, businesses, and community stakeholders.
- Utilise technology and innovative strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities while improving the existing portfolio.
- Represent Alloggio as a trusted leader in Australia’s accommodation industry.
