
Experienced dealership Service Manager, or Workshop Foreman required to operate a leading dealership group.
As Service Manager, duties include;
– Act as principal contact between workshop and customers
– Carry out the day to day running of the workshop
– Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI’s
– Ensure quality standards are met
– Ensure safe and responsible OHS practices are followed by all staff
You will need to display;
- – Sound knowledge of workshop procedures
– Good leadership skills
– Superior communication skills
– Hold a current Australian Drivers licence - An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Able to interpret service reports and be proficient in the use of computerised systems
The role requires a Service Manager who must thrive under high pressure and consistently deliver top results
Remuneration will consist of salary and bonuses.
