
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bilingual Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead a digital marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. This role is pivotal in expanding reach within both English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking markets, enhancing brand presence, and contributing tor mission of delivering energy-efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Content Creation & Management: Design, curate, and manage engaging content for our social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience preferences.
- Social Media Oversight: Manage and grow our presence on key English and Chinese social media platforms, including:
- English Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok.
- Chinese Platforms: WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Baidu, Xiaohongshu (RED), Zhihu.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our market presence within Mandarin-speaking communities, both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications & Experience
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in using analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform decision-making.
- Cultural Insight: Deep understanding of both Western and Chinese digital landscapes, consumer behaviors, and marketing trends.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
