This is technically a Cafe Manager position but it has the sweet little twist of being a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for something a little different = a leadership role in the buzzing coffee industry. There are many exciting products and activities to be involved in to make this a unique role.
Key Tasks this role encompasses:
- Outstanding Barista Skills
- Rostering & Timesheet Management
- Product Ordering & Stock Management
- Leadership & Training
- Collaborating with other department heads
Personal attributes to be successful:
- 3 years minimum management experience
- Coffee background/experience would be advantageous
- Great Communicator
- Emotional Intelligence
- Passion for coffee and possibly experience with a range of coffee-making methods
- Honest, reliable, and motivated
