You will be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
- Delivering timely, accurate support across all communication platforms
- Managing complaints and finding effective resolutions independently
- Accurately processing customer information, payments and documentation
- Adapting quickly to new processes, technologies, and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Keeping thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and updates
