
As Client Relationship Manager, you will take complete ownership of client relationships, ensuring accountability for their financial outcomes. You will be committed to guiding clients towards their financial goals, emphasising meticulous attention to detail and collaboration within a team setting to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Ideally, 2-3 years of industry experience, with knowledge in accounting / finance.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Manage and monitor an assigned client base, engaging through various channels to provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct Mid & Annual reviews, aiming for client renewals and ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Identify and pursue additional business opportunities to enhance client experiences.
- Address staff and client queries or complaints professionally, aiming for swift resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
- Maintain updated, accurate, and compliant client system files according to legislative requirements.
- Efficiently manage allocated tasks and undertake additional duties directed by management to ensure holistic client support.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years industry experience (preferred although not essential).
- 2-3 years in a customer service-related role (Mandatory).
- A knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance.
- Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory).
