
This position reports to the Senior Service Technician. This role exists to provide our customers with impeccable servicing of their cherished coffee machines. This position will be a mix of inhouse and on the road servicing.
Below are some specific aspects of your role for which you will be responsible
- Servicing of Machines & Equipment
- Manage stock in Workplace and Vehicles
- Machine & Equipment Parts/Stock Management
- Welcoming clients upon arrival and being courteous throughout all client interactions
- Providing guidance and advice on machinery and products, upselling where appropriate to ensure meeting customer needs
In addition to the above position-specific responsibilities, all members of the team are required to undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within your capability and skills, when requested to do so.
Some of our expectations for previous Qualifications & Experience and/or Completed Courses Experience
- Certificate III qualification in motor, electrical or similar mechanics.
- Electrician and/or Electro technology Cert 3
- Experience with computerised POS;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to multi task & work unsupervised
- High attention to detail & accuracy
Prior experience working with machines (of any kind), to build basic understanding of machine parts and operations will be beneficial
