Our client delivers professional services globally on behalf of major IT brands, with deep expertise across collaboration technologies and enterprise networks. The Country Manager / General Manager, APAC will:
- Lead local execution of our global strategy and oversee all APAC operations
- Hold full P&L responsibility for the region
- Drive business development and manage relationships with key global customers
- Oversee the sales and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery and growth
- Develop and scale new programs within both sales and operations
- 20% travel
We’re seeking a candidate with:
- Proven senior management or general management experience in a service-based business
- Strong commercial acumen, sales leadership, and P&L ownership
- Experience in technical or unified communications solutions
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead and inspire teams
