In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the business. You’ll answer, respond, and redirect multiple phone inquiries, greet the occasional visitor, and be an integral part of customer service!
What you’ll do
- Deliver a seamless and consistent experience across all customer touchpoints- including live chat
- Respond professionally and promptly to all customer enquiries, including the occasional complaint, with great care and diplomacy
- Assist customers in placing their online orders, help navigate online ordering processes when they have difficulties, and maintain confidential records
- Support customers with accurate guidance, with the closest attention to detail
- Welcome visitors and perform general administrative duties as required
What you’ll bring
- A customer-focused mindset, a mature and cheerful disposition with an empathetic nature
- Prior HubSpot experience will be highly regarded
- At least two years of proven experience in a customer service role
- Professional phone manner and experience with a high inbound call volume through a multi-phone line platform
- Computer-literate with knowledge of Google applications and high-level, accurate keyboard skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify a customer’s query and problem-solve
- Understanding of technology with a proactive nature towards learning new platforms
- The capacity to work independently and multitask across multiple screens with excellent time management skills
- Ability to cope and remain focused and calm in a busy environment
- Punctual and well presented
