
We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join a Clearance Centre team and help us grow this important part of the business.
You are a results-driven sales professional with a strong customer focus and an eye for commercial opportunity. Ideally, you have a background in retail, consumer goods, or clearance sales, and you’re ready for a hands-on role where you can build strong client relationships and drive business performance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment are essential for success in this role.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving monthly sales target/budget
- Providing a high level of customer service including live chat interactions via website.
- Monitor sales trends and identify what is in demand at the time for requesting future stock
- Responding to email enquiries, sales and follow up of sales leads
- Inventory management of clearance centre inclusive of regular stock takes
- Loading of product onto online portal for sale
- Coordinating the flow process of stock from inspection workshop to portal & shop to end customer
- Processing of sale through SAP and inhouse CRM system
- Regularly contacting wholesale customers with stock lists
- Processing orders on SAP and SAG
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Ability to work independently
- Strong Customer service
- Advanced Microsoft Excel & Intermediate skills in Microsoft 360
- Understanding of SAP is preferred but not essential
- Ability to understand basic technical information from user manuals.
