Our client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our friendly team!
We are looking for an experienced and reliable administrator to join a friendly team in Moorabbin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry into JMS, ensuring accuracy of records
- Liaising with the client, technicians, suppliers, and tenants regarding job status and details
- Preparing, Supplying and processing invoices
- Day to day processing of invoices and matching P.O
- Producing Reports
- Working closely with other employees of the company
- Ability to provide prompt customer service to all email requests.
- Build positive relationships with Clients, Trades & Suppliers
- Drafting and amending documents as required
- Sourcing and ordering materials and monitoring deliveries
- General administration duties as required (filing, photocopying, scanning, printing of plans)
- Being the focal point for enquiries and keeping senior management advised of any outstanding issues.
To be successful in this role you will
- Have solid computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Have Exceptional attention to detail and expert time management skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and professional personality, punctuality and reliability
- Be a talented and efficient administration professions with relevant experience in the Building/Real estate Industry advantageous
