
A market leader in the manufacture and distribution of premium home appliances globally, are now seeking an expereicned Business Development Manager.
With a track record in the consumer goods or other field-sales industry, you will be looking for the next step in your career and relish the chance to be trained and perform in a professional, retail facing sales role.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct meetings with agents to review status of business providing sales development, target updates. Ensure products are fully merchandised on a timely basis.
- Monitor market competitor issues to identify business opportunities and to assist marketing / product teams.
- Regularly run training for agents and conduct account representation duties.
- Establish a customer specific business development plan and advise corrective action or activities required to maximise company objectives.
- Providing regular business performance updates to Senior BDM, including Call Cycle reporting on monthly basis
- Fully assist in rectifying consumer, customer problems in conjunction with the after sales and service team by providing as much information as possible.
- Conduct quarterly stock takes with relevant agents within State/Territory.
