
A leading agency, based in Melbourne CBD, are now looking for a Head of Property Management—a senior leadership opportunity to drive expansion, optimisation and retention of Property Management royalties.
The successful applicant will ideally have strong people management experience, be a natural leader and problem solved and have the Real Estate acumen to oversee the day-to-day management of a tidy portfolio of 200+ properties supported by a dedicated team. They will be well-presented, articulate, mature and possess a high level of interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
Job tasks and responsibilities
We are looking for a meticulous and efficient individual whose duties will include:
- Management and support of a small team of Property Managers
- Flexibility to implement processes and procedures
- Arrears management as required
- Autonomy to manage small portfolio to your strengths
Skills and Experience
- Current Vic Real Estate registration or license or willingness to obtain mutual recognition
- Current Driver’s License
- Immaculate presentation
- Proven ability to prioritise a range of demands, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a high-volume work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent grammar and spelling skills
- Understanding of and ability to apply occupational health and safety principles
