
A reputable and professional accounting firm dedicated to providing high-quality financial services to individuals and businesses are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join their team and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
- Being the first point of contact for our clients, managing phones and inboxes (answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, voicemails, texts and emails)
- Front of house reception management, greeting clients and associated administration duties
- Managing general administrative tasks– scanning documents, letters, mail, following up reports
- Client relationship management
- Organising business & social events including marketing through website and social media
- Booking meetings & diary management

- Communicator – You excel at communication both written and verbal
- Conscientious – Detail-oriented, knowledgeable and well-spoken. You are professional, flexible and a fantastic problem-solver
- Can-do attitude – Ability to multitask, adapt and learn
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in reception or administrative duties essential
- High standard of phone/computer skills required
- Microsoft Office – Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and eager to learn online programs
- Xero Experience – (preferred)
