
We are seeking a passionate and highly organised individual to join a team as a Receptionist and Registration Clerk. The ideal candidate will have experience with VicRoads, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process new vehicle registrations, renewals, and transfers accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle registration-related tasks, including issuing number plates, processing de-registrations and updating vehicle details
- Verify and process all required documentation, such as proof of identity, roadworthy certificates and vehicle ownership papers
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update customer and vehicle records in the VicRoads database with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage and organise physical and digital files and documents
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including privacy and data security protocols
- Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the wider team
